Nexen wanted to build the best possible freeride wingboard. This meant that the design criteria was based on four key characteristics

1. Lightweight

Nexen’s carbon layup produces a board that is both lightweight and durable.

2. Stiff and Lively

Nexen’s boards have unparalleled foil feel due to a proprietary stringer design that connects with the mast track.

3. Stable Platform that is quick to plane and lift

The board shape is stable in the water and has a sharp tail to encourage release.

4. Soft on Touchdowns

Generous nose rocker and soft rails

Making the WNG Foil Boards

Nexen use only the highest quality materials in the construction of their boards.

All boards are CNC machined and hand sanded.

All boards are vacuum bagged and hand finished.

• 15.5g EPS core with full PVC and Biax carbon
• Proprietary spine stringers
• Carry handle on the bottom
• All boards are built using Bio-Resin
• All boards ship with no plastic or bubble wrap

The WNG foil boards are available in a range of sizes starting from 60L
